Returns

We want you to love what you keep. If something is not right, here is how returns work.

30-day returns

Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days. Email us at hello@atelier-store.example to start a return.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we will make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened fragrance and personal care items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
